Raise and Restore, Inc. was established in September 2002 by Maurice Samples and his son Joseph Samples.  R&R is family owned and operated with over 40 years of combined experience.  It is our mission to provide quality construction services and satisfy our clients with the end product in mind.  We are qualified to perform a wide range of projects including Room Additions, Kitchen & Bath Remodels, Whole House Interior Remodels & Exterior Renovations, New Custom Homes, and Custom Woodwork & Cabinetry.  We also do small projects & repairs to help our clients maintain their homes and prevent further problems.  Design services are also available for these projects.

Raise and Restore, Inc. offers a wide variety of contract options to fit each clients needs.  Our flexibility in this area has proved to be of great value with our clients.  Contract options we offer include Lump Sum (fixed price), Cost Plus, Management Fee, and Time & Material.  Contract options can be discussed in more detail upon request.

Raise and Restore, Inc. is also affiliated with Integrity Roofing Systems, Inc.  Joseph Samples is a co-owner of Integrity Roofing and can offer services for residential and commercial roofing.
